Q: What carriers do you use?
A: We ship using UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service, freight services, and DHL. We compare all rates to help meet your shipping needs.

 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we do, and we take care of the customs forms to make it a simple process for our customers.

 

Q: What items cannot be shipped?
A: Certain hazardous materials, batteries, and potentially flammable goods come with restrictions and may not be able to be shipped. Bring your item in or give us a call, and we are happy to help determine if your item can be shipped. One thing to note about international shipments is that they have more complicated regulations than shipping domestically.

 

Q: Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping services?
A: Yes, we do! We have overnight shipping options, as well as other expedited options through our carriers.

 

Q: What do I do if my shipment is lost or damaged?
A: If your package was shipped through us at The Shipping Depot, we would be happy to file a claim on your behalf and do our best to help solve your shipment issue.

 

Q: Can I ship something large or heavy?
A: Yes, you are absolutely able to ship a heavy parcel. While certain carriers do have limits, we always have the option to explore freight options for your item to ensure it can get to its desired destination. Feel free to call or stop in and see us to ask about your package's weight.

Q: Do you offer a packing service?
A: Yes, we offer a professional packing service to ensure your items can get to their destination safely.

 

Q: Can you package high-value or fragile items?
A: Absolutely, we specialize in protecting delicate and high-value packages.

 

Q: Do you sell packing supplies?
A: We sell boxes, tape, and other protective materials, such as bubble wrap, to help you protect your items.


🧾 Returns

Q: Can I drop off a package with a prepaid label?
A: Yes, we can accept any prepaid label for UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service, and DHL.

 

Q: Can you scan QR codes for returns?
A: At this time, we are able to accept most FedEx and United States Postal Service return QR codes. Unfortunately, we cannot accept UPS QR codes yet.


šŸ“ Tracking

Q: How can I track my package?
A: We provide a tracking number on your receipt for your shipment that you can use with our tracking tool located on our website.

 

Q: What happens if I dropped off a pre-labeled shipment, but the tracking does not show the package as shipped?
A: Unfortunately, there are times when carriers can occasionally miss a package scan, and subsequent scan updates may not appear for a couple of days, or, at times, not until delivery.


šŸ“Ŗ Mailbox Services

Q: Do you offer mailbox services at your location?
A: Yes, we offer mailbox services. We provide our mailbox customers with a real street address for business or personal use.

 

Q: If I have a mailbox, can I have packages sent here?
A: Absolutely, we can accept packages for you and will notify you via email and by placing a package slip in your mailbox. We accept shipments from all carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, Walmart, and even friends and family!
